Seminar On Illicit Trade On Tobacco & Other Products & Impact On Jobs & Fiscus

The Food and Allied Workers Union (FAWU) is convening a Seminar on Illicit Trade on Tobacco and other Products as well as the impact this has on Job Security and the Fiscus. This Seminar will be attended by members of the National Executive Committee (NEC) and shop stewards coming tobacco, liquor and other sectors.

Industries and independent experts on the topic will be addressing delegates so as to enrich the discussions and debates and inform FAWU`s independent position-making on the subject.

The Seminar will be held under the following arrangements

  • Date: 5th December 2017 (Tuesday)
  • Venue: Kopanong Conference Center, 243 Glen Gory Road, Norton Estates, Benoni
  • Time: 13h45-17h00
